Dr. Favas completed his MBBS from Government Medical College, Kottayam, followed by MD in General Medicine from Goa Medical College. He went on to obtain his DM in Neurology from the Institute of Medical Sciences (IMS), Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Varanasi, one of the premier neurology training centers in the country.
Further honing his interventional skills, he completed a Post-doctoral Fellowship in Stroke & Interventional Neurology at Rajagiri Hospital, Aluva, Kerala, where he was extensively trained in both invasive and non-invasive neurovascular procedures.
